This holiday season, eight state egg associations, in partnership with the American Egg Board, have come together for a virtual holiday recipe EGGS-change – Dish On Eggs: Recipes from Holiday EGGsperts.

As part of the campaign, each participating organization created three recipes, representative of their state, in the categories of brunch, appetizers and desserts. The 25 unique recipes are available on the Dish on Eggs website for consumers to share with their friends and family during the holiday season. Consumers also can enter to win a free year’s supply of eggs and download a free e-cookbook.

Participating organizations in the holiday recipe exchange include the Ohio Egg Marketing Program, Iowa Egg Council, Pacific Egg and Poultry Association, North Carolina Egg Association, Virginia Egg Council, Chicken & Egg Association of Minnesota, Indiana State Poultry Association, and the Colorado Egg Producers.
