The SEA is divided into Course 1 (Days 1-2) Live hen production and Course 2 (Days 2-4) Egg Processing and Food Safety. Registration is limited (50 total in each Course) with a maximum of four people from a company in a course. You can select either Course or select both Courses when registering.
