United Egg Producers formed the Food Safety Advisory Council to provide recommendations and creative solutions for the current and future food safety challenges that emerge facing our industry. Twenty subject matter experts, each with unique experience and qualifications, serve on the council. The council works under the mission statement established by the UEP Board.
UEP thanks the dedicated scientists and industry specialists who provided expertise in the development of viable practices to improve egg safety.
