The 2019 Animal Rights National Conference will be held July 25 - 28 in the Washington, DC area. In previous years attendees have held protests, marches and vigils during and immediately after the conference. All farms, plants and other facilities within an hour or two of DC should be on alert during the conference and in the following days. See UEP’s Protect Your Farm Against Activists.

The Animal Ag Alliance is reporting Direct Action Everywhere (DxE) is targeting farm organizations. On June 24, three activists affiliated with DxE were broadcasting live on Facebook and went to a county Farm Bureau’s office to “confront” them about the “criminal animal cruelty” that they allege is happening in the county.
