- All attendees should have received the following:
- A confirmation email from the hotel indicating a two-night deposit has been paid.
- A confirmation email indicating registration has been paid (including guests).
- Airport Transportation: SpeediShuttle provides shared-ride airport transportation in Mercedes shuttles at a per person rate of $24.70 one way and $49.40 round trip between the Maui Airport and the Grand Wailea.
- Attire: Dress will be island casual for all meetings and activities except the Awards Banquet on Thursday, October 18, which will be resort evening attire:
- For men: nice slacks, polo shirts, button down shirts, nice shoes or sandals, with the option of wearing a sport coat
- For women: nice pants, skorts, skirts, nice top, casual dress, sundress, nice sandals or casual shoes
