UEP’s Annual Board Meeting and Executive Conference officially begins on Tuesday, October 27, with the Welcome Reception at 6 pm.  Below is information to prepare for the meetings and activities.

Hotel Registration: On October 1, hotel confirmations were emailed to all attendees. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact  Kirsten Schutt at kschutt@unitedegg.com .

Airport Transportation:  Click here for airport transportation providers. Uber and Lyft drivers are not readily available on the island but are available for transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Dress code: Dress is resort casual for all events and meetings, except the Awards Banquet, which is business casual.

Dining options: The Ritz-Carlton and Amelia Island offer several fine dining options. Click here for other nearby restaurants. Members are highly encouraged to make dining and activity reservations in advance of the meeting.

COVID-19 Precautions:  UEP wants all attendees to have a happy, healthy experience…and return home COVID-free.  Therefore, we are recommending/highly encouraging all attendees to follow the Ritz Carlton’s recommendations for face coverings below:

“To promote the health and safety of our communities, face coverings are required for all Ritz Carlton employees in all indoor public areas of the resort, including restaurants, restrooms, and lobbies. The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.”
