Travel and Meeting Tips

UEP’s Annual Board Meeting & Executive Conference officially begins on Monday, October 14, with the Welcome Reception at 6 pm.  Below is information to prepare for the meetings and activities.

Shuttle Services: The Greenbrier offers airport transportation.  Click here for details and pricing.

Dress Code: Dress for the Meetings and Welcome Reception is business casual. The Welcome Reception will be held outside so dress accordingly. The dress code for the Awards Banquet is Cocktail attire; however, the venue is also located outside. Our festivities will be inside a tent to control the temperature, but it will still be cool. Hotel Registration: On September 18, hotel confirmations were sent to all attendees.  If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact Audrey Wierson at awierson@unitedegg.com.

Cancellations: Effective September 27 (last Friday), all hotel rooms and registrations, per Greenbrier policies, are locked in and confirmed. Unfortunately, refunds for Registration or hotel room cancellations cannot be issued, and UEP will invoice you for your hotel cost if you cannot attend.
