Randy Green, Principal, Watson Green

Randy Green, a principal at Watson Green, represents UEP and its members with federal regulatory agencies. Green has served in both the executive and legislative branches of government and the private sector.Over his career, he has been closely involved in developing five multi-year farm bills and legislation and regulations affecting derivatives, food safety, animal health and human nutrition. Green has represented UEP for 23 years and worked in D.C. for 41 years.

 

Tom Hebert, Principal, Bayard Ridge Consulting

Tom Hebert provides expertise on environmental and conservation matters. He works with UEP on the  National Air Emissions Monitoring Study and its aftermath, the Clean Water Act’s WOTUS, NWPR Rules and many other issues. Representing UEP since 2003, Hebert has over 34 years of experience working in D.C. He previously served as the USDA Deputy Under Secretary for Natural Resources and the Environment and Senior Economist for the Senate Ag Committee.

Louie Perry, Principal and Director, Cornerstone Government Affairs

Louie Perry leads the team at Cornerstone Government Affairs, working on lobbying and legislative activities. Perry has over 32 years of experience in D.C. with extensive expertise in agriculture and has represented UEP since 2014.  He maintains his technical knowledge and industry contacts on Capitol Hill through membership organizations and by wearing out shoe leather walking the halls of Congress.
