The Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) has filed friend of the court briefs in support of the states that are challenging Proposition 2 in California and AB 1437, which required eggs from all states be produced following Proposition 2 standards.  Read more about this in “Consumer group backs states in egg, meal lawsuits,”  in Capital Press.
