Food safety continues to be a top priority for U.S. Egg Farmers.  Many farmers participate in voluntary programs  which go above and beyond the Food and Drug Administrations (FDA) Egg Safety Rule.  UEP recently release two videos on food safety which highlight the many processes in place on U.S. egg farms to ensure safe, high quality, nutritious eggs.
